• Store notes, files, and task configurations

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Payment & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Initial Credit: New users receive $2.00 USD in credits upon registration
• Token Consumption: Each task or job you run consumes tokens, which are deducted from your credit balance. Token consumption equals monetary value (1 token = $1.00 USD equivalent)
• Purchasing Credits: Additional credits can be purchased at a rate of 1.2x the token value (e.g., to purchase $10.00 in tokens, you pay $12.00 USD)
• Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• No Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest personal information of others without consent

Data Retention: Your data is retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANGER.AI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause. We may, in our sole discretion, provide refunds for unused credits in cases of termination without cause.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
